I’ve always been drawn to two things: movement and meaning.

Growing up, I spent most of my time on a soccer field — cleats on, hair tied back, constantly in motion. I was competitive, disciplined, and usually covered in grass stains by the end of the day. But somewhere between practices and games, I was also the girl watching Say Yes to the Dress, building wedding mood boards on Pinterest, and quietly falling in love with the beauty of celebration.

For a long time, those two worlds felt completely separate.

Now, I see they were shaping the same part of me all along.

Being an athlete taught me how to lead calmly, anticipate needs before they happen, and stay grounded under pressure. It taught me that the most meaningful moments rarely happen by accident — they’re created through preparation, intention, and trust.

Wedding planning became the place where those instincts softened into something more personal.

Today, through Adeline Events, I create weddings that feel thoughtful, emotionally present, and deeply reflective of the people at the center of them. The kind of celebrations that feel less performative and more lived-in — like a slow sunday morning with soccer playing in the background, candlelight filling the room on a weeknight, or dinner shared around a table long after the plates are cleared.

During my time studying Business Hospitality at DePaul University, along with traveling abroad to Florence, I had the opportunity to work alongside respected planners and creatives within the wedding industry.

Those experiences deepened my appreciation for the balance between beauty and logistics — and for the quiet work happening behind every seamless event.

My approach is calm, intentional, and quietly led. I care deeply about creating an experience where couples feel held throughout the process — where the planning feels just as meaningful as the celebration itself.

Because at the end of it all, I don’t just want your wedding to look beautiful.

I want it to feel like home.
